I was lucky enough to get a couple of items for measuring alcohol content, sugar content and pH. I did a preliminary test because I was kind of curious what would happen when applied just out of the blue. The results are added to the existing page on Kombucha. The measurements are far from perfect, but in first instance I just wanted to have fun :).
