I am currently testing a new sourdough with chickpea flour instead of regular flour or any of the usual flours used in bread. Some of you might have gotten that I have issues with digesting normal bread and sourdough bread. So I thought that one of my experiments in solving this issue is finding out whether the yeast in the bread is causing my ailments or whether it is gluten (chickpea flour is devoid of gluten).
This splendid piece of bread on the right is the result!! 😀
