Summer is here and it’s picnic time. If you are looking at ways to revolutionise your picnic basket and reduce your garbage, join Nancy and Danielle to learn about brewing your own fermented refreshments without waste. Aside from reducing plastic waste, fermented drinks have many health benefits including replenishing gut flora. Enjoy sampling homebrewed kombucha, water kefir, milk kefir and ginger beer.
