Pilot experiments
Tried fresh ginger in a honey:water mix (ratio ad lib :() with frequent stirring resulting in bubbly ‘waters’ 😉
To be diluted with or without extra flavors and served cold
Easy; Smelled great; Tasted great 😉
- For me the ginger lemonade with 40-50g of ginger in the lemonade works nicely.
- It is not as bubbly as I suspected
- I tried also including grated turmeric root, which is great! 🙂
Turmeric-ginger lemonade
Produced a pure turmeric root bug starter (2 teaspoons of grated turmeric and 2 teaspoons of sugar with water, regular stirring), and added that to the traditional ginger lemonade. Taste is good, may require be a bit more ginger to my taste, but the bubbliness factor is strong in this one 🙂
